Looking for ep. where the nurse stole and killed someone with cancer causing drug

I don't know if this was a Forensic Files episode but I believe it was a male nurse who stole a cancer causing drug and sneaked into his wife's drink. Eventually she did die of cancer and they somehow traced it back to her ex-husband. I saw this episode around 2001.
