Improvisation was its downfall

I didnt know it was improv but that explains my annoyance throughout the movie..So many characters, too many storylines, people talking over each other.l.I had no investment in anyone except Paul Sorvino. He was one person I cared about. The rest I felt detached from.
The assistants were very distracting with one person mostly.. The assistant to Rita Wilson. Sometime Less is More. This needed less.
