Oceans Eleven was all a dream

At the start of the movie Danial Ocean is before a parole board - and the woman says...

“Mr. Ocean what do you think you
would do if released?”

And the camera just shows George Clooney’s face — then the movie starts.

The rest of the movie is basically just him day dreaming what he would like to have done if he’d made parole.

It explains why it all goes so well - and how the EMP thing works - because it’s all just a dream.
