What were the names of the Penguin and Walrus?

Sorry I've seen this many times as a kid, but I could never recall their real names, it was rather unclear.

Tip and Dash. They gave themselves the titles Titanic Tip and Daring Dash.

Tennessee Tuxedo and Chumley.

I thought they were such underrated new characters. Even though I like Flounder, Scuttle, and Sebastian; I find some appeal with Tip and Dash who seem like Little Mermaid's version of Timon and Pumbaa.

Characters introduced in sequels are always underrated, just like Kovo and Kiara from the Lion King.

But I do agree that's they're both wonderful characters

Yeah...
Now that you mention it, they give off a Timon and Pumbaa vibe.

I still don’t get why they put penguins in the northern hemisphere though. 😒
