How weird is this? Do you think some things cross the line of decency?

Its weird as hell..

I personally think that some of it crosses the line of decency, and is offensive. Like this woman has had an abortion or a miscarriage and this bloke brings round a really small coffin as a present. Theres loads of stuff like that. Loads of jokes are made with children in inappropriate situations and rape.

I think some things in it are funny, and the way the music and visual effects create a kind of feeling that you are on drugs is very clever.

What bits do other people think crossed the line?

I feel uncomfortable watching the end of the Sex For Houses sketch, and I thought the graphic ejaculation shots during the Gush were a bit near to the knuckle.

Other than that, I love Jam.

this show got itself a bucket of paint thinner and cleaned the line of the ground, walked the length of an average football field and painted a new line there

There is no line apart from in your own head, it did not cross mine.

And you can show pretty much anything you want on TV, almost including child sex, as long as you remember to call it news or documentary rather than admitting that we just love to wallow in the misery of others.

The only sketch I ever have a problem with is towards the start of epsiode six - When Julia Davies goes next door to see Kevin Eldon and asks him to search her for cancerous lumps. It turns into a cat and mouse game of sexual teasing ending with Eldon being arrested after the woman cries rape.

I have to skip that one every time.

I normally bat one out to that.

I dont think anything crossed the line, not the child abuse or the erect penises in the "death by over-spunking" sketch

I think its great that Morris' pushes the boundaries when too many Daily Mail readers are trying to censor what's on TV. If it were an ideal world there would be no cencorshi[p on television, but what're you gonna do?

I don't think this show comes off offensive, but maybe tasteless. I kinda thought the coffin joke was funny, but it was totally wrong. Normally the sketches put on a "wtf factor" to them, some come off great for a laugh, sometimes the sketches put you to that level where it's like, "ok, this is creepy and odd".

even though the show can have some great disturbing moments, i think the one that creeps me out the most was the sketch with the little girl killing some guy on the floor with the gun and she forces the witness to "chop up the man". the worst was the ending where the witness gets arrested and she's all like "i didn't kill him, i'm only 6". *shivers*

great stuff anyways.

Reality shows often cross a line, Morris never has, IMO.

While Brass Eye has not crossed a line either, many of the shows it satirises have. Again, IMO.
