I didn't cringe watching her. "Uptown Girls" is a cute film, but lord she was skinny. Sad how thin she became.

That chick was a hell of an actor.
Her charters in most of her films were so well done by her.

She was great in riding in cars with boys with drew Barrymore

Really disliked this movie, maybe the worst sports movie ever. It was very predictable with one exception: Brittany Murphy who stole every single scene she was in. There is no question I would rather have had Brittany ( at least in this movie) then Jessica Biel. This was a movie I had to zap through because there were plenty of scenes worth missing, but every good one had Brittany.

There were a lot of things that were unpredictable: Ryan leaving the career-making game in the 9th inning to chase down Tynley, Mr. Parrish never redeeming himself, Brubaker staying and having a resurgence, no one dying or even being injured in the fire, etc.
