Sometimes it feels good to disagree with popular sentiment


It's kind of nice to dig a film that both audiences and critics hate. It doesn't often happen with me, as I tend to think I have a pretty good barometer on what's decent entertainment.

But after a few drinks late at night and finding Chelsea Walls on satellite, I have to say I found this movie quite interesting and easy to watch. In fact, I enjoyed it. So while I respect the 34 it got on Metacritic, I've got to say: it was fun to like something so many others thought was pure garbage. :D

Yeah, the camcorder style gives it a very “real” feel to it like I’m witnessing someone’s home videos.
