In this movie, the two characters supposed to be the producers:

Richard Fancy ... Harold

Willie Garson ... Sam

Who are Harold and Sam? Last names?

Harold and Sam are probably composite characters who are meant to represent all of the real people who threatened to sue if they were depicted in this ridiculous mess of a movie. (I'm watching it now. Why, I do not know.)
