If Ingmar Bergman was to make a zombie movie then this would be it

I will never understand why I Zombie: The Chronicles of Pain is so criminally underrated. It is the ultimate existentialist zombie movie and it is different to so many other zombie movies in that it portrays the feelings from the eyes of the zombie, it makes you sympathize with him. There is more to I Zombie: The Chronicles of Pain than just gore and what have you, it is a brilliant character study of a man's descent into the abyss. I would go so far as saying that it is my favourite zombie movie and I have seen quite a few zombie movies.

There is only a split second between existing and being a mere memory.
