I love british crime films. To me they are well acted and well made. anyway here is my list. post yours.

5.Charlie ( a decent movie)
6.Circus( I have heared the negativity but much to my surprise i enjoyed it.)
7.Shooters(i liked it)

I love British gangster movies but it looks like I haven't seen some of the best ones Sexy Beast, Gangster No.1, Get Carter and The Long Good Friday.

that's easily the best one i had seen to the point it 'stands out'.
there's other good ones like 'Snatch' etc but Layer Cake is definitely my pick.

I must be old as no one here has mentioned 2 great British films.
Namely 'The Hit' with John Hurt, Terence Stamp, and Tim Roth.
And the most gritty of all 'A Sense of Freedom' about Jimmy Boyle.
If you haven't seen these then you should. Maybe dated now, but well worth the time.
