I love british crime films. To me they are well acted and well made. anyway here is my list. post yours.

1.Long good Friday.
2.Snatch.
3.Gangster No.1
4.Sexy Beast.
5.Charlie ( a decent movie)
6.Circus( I have heared the negativity but much to my surprise i enjoyed it.)
7.Shooters(i liked it)
8.Long stock and two smoking barrels
9.The Krays
10.Mona Lisa

Of course these are just my opinions, post yours.

I second whoever said Performance...and also The Business? Maybe that's more crime though.

All the films mentioned so far are fine examples of British gangster..but what about Richard Burton as Vic Dakin in 'VILLAIN'(1971)? That's a cracker!!!
