Why would a parent let their child be in this movie?

If I were to have a daughter and she brought the script to me, then the next day asked if she could be in it I'd be like "Hell no!"

"If you don't stand up for something, you'll fall for anything."

reply

People with bit parts don't get to read the whole script… End of the day, work is work!

reply

Oh yeah, try telling "work is work" to children that are in porn. Or women that were subdued into snuff films.

reply

COMPLETELY different thing… First off, women who engage in pornography are typically of legal age to do so and it is their RIGHT! Underage stuff, snuff, etc. is different and SHOULD be treated for the crime it is… An artsy movie with excessive nudity is NONE of those things though! It's not as if the kids were there when the scenes in question were shot! And its not as if they're obligated to watch the movie after it's done (in truth, one probably wouldn't want their kid watching it)… You're comparing apples to oranges here.

And you need to be more careful with your statements.

reply

careful with my statements? Okay, I'll keep that in mind when discussing film next time!
