Like Mel Gibson's character in this movie.

Not just comedies, but overall.

Groundhog Day
Liar Liar
Cruel Intentions
On The Waterfront
Chicken Run
Shallow Hal

There's a lot, I know, usually that's one of the main points of many movies, but those movies where you really feel a big change in character.

Boomerang with Eddie Murphy. Even though it's toward the end of the movie, his character does change.
