A question for the Men.

Did you actually like the show, or was it just because it stared three pretty women?

3 women

I liked both.

The plots would have worked with three men, or three ugly women.

reply

Of course.

Har!

The show itself, none of the women look all that good to me.
The show, on the other hand, was just crazy fun.

The plot. And the idea of Mauser in underwear

I liked these cheezy shows back in the day, although the eye candy didn't hurt.

It was a show?

The show itself is what interested me. I'd be just as happy watching it if the cast were men, or less attractive. I just like this sort of show.

I have a thing for cheesy shows. They are made on a low budget with no attempt to moralise. They are just innocent fun. Disneyland on your TV. Who would ask for anything more. I miss this show and others like it.

Oh course the women were not hard on the eyes. Mainstream TV shows have thrown scantily clad women in our faces for years. So I didn't see anything different on this show that I wouldn't have seen elsewhere.

I don't know about the "no attempt to moralize". The ultimate bad guy turned out to be a radical environmentalist who, like Cleopatra, was from the early 21st century.

I loved the show not for the woman in it but for the show itself. Another Sam Raimi/Rob Tapert triumph.

Cleo was so incredibly hot. I wish that actress was in more stuff. I did see her in Fastlane and a few other failed shows. Also incredibly hot in those....

reply

I don't think there were three pretty women, at most 1 - but I didn't stay with for much longer than episode one.

between Cleo and Jack of all Trades it was a great cheesy way to end your day when those two shows were on. yes, the women I think first hooked MOST of the guys, but it was the good tounge-n-cheek fun of the shows that kept theem as fans. Just not enough though to keep the shows going which is ashame.

I watched it a long time ago when Hercules went off the air. I loved Syndicated Sci-fi. I wish the television landscape hadn't changed.

Don't tell me what I can't do!

I just bought the dvds because I like Xena show too, and this show is fun I like the women and I think is fun fantasy

reply

I liked the show just because it had more bang for the buck.. (stunts, lasers)
As far as the 3 actress go.. there nice looking is all.

I liked it for Cleo and the action. Also I liked Cleo and her humor and I loved the two episodes where she had a strip scene. The second strip scene where she wore that silver outfit is great wack off material.
