Following up my own question, as I finally saw this. The answer is it's very tame PG rated. Maybe over 100 deaths, though all bloodless. No sex or nudity. Agent 00 does supposedly sleep with another agent, but the scene cuts away before they are even in bed. You do see Weng Went remove his shirt, and man that guy has giant salami sized nipples, ha! One of the gadgets he gets is glasses that seem to make women appear without their clothes, but he never uses these beyond a quick test in the office where he glances at some secretaries, who are safely behind desks and giant type-writers, so nothing gets exposed.
