How is this movie almost 10 years old?!?!?!

The reason people are surprised that this movie is now almost 15 years old is that everyone forgot it almost immediately upon release. It is an utterly forgettable film. Come to think about it, I remember less from the movie than from its ridiculously unproportional add campaign.

Was alcohol that cheap back in the olden days that they could pour it all over the bar and floor?

I've not even seen the film but remember it fondly. It must've been the image of sexy girls dancing that has kept the film so alive in my mind to this day.
