Pretty good b-movie

There's always a place for lower-budget straight to video films like this. I appreciate them for what they are. Looking back, these DTV films made in the 90's are more fun to watch the more time passes, and they look better when compared to modern b-movies.

There's still practical effects used here, no cheesy CGI. Sure, the explosions in this aren't great, certainly not The Road Warrior quality, but at least they are real explosions. And the helicopters don't look like military choppers, but they're real and actually flying around.

Just saying this stuff holds up and should be judged on a curve compared to anything made afterwards in the same genre and budget similarities.
