I wonder what would happen regarding James Franco. Seth Rogen and Busy Phillips have essentially said they're in no contact with him and don't wish to be or to work with him. I think they'd just write him out in the way that makes most sense: He got Kim pregnant then ran for the hills and was never heard from again.
