Why No Almodovar in the IMDB 250

I was going through the IMDB top 250 today,and I realized there are no Almodovar films anywhere to be found.I was aghast at first,then I figured it out:The list is made up of guy movies.Action flicks,movies with serious subjects that young men can relate to,etc.Along with that,one Truffaut,one Woody Allen,no Tati,no Godard,no Antonioni,no Wenders.
But I would guess a lot of the raters are younger,so the French New Wave directors probably don't seem as vital and fresh as they did to older generations.But the absence of a filmmaker like Almodovar is completely unacceptable.
