Can anyone else recommend any good classic movies or TV shows that take place in the Canadian frontier regions in the 19th century?

I didn’t see your initial post, but I have a recommendation that I think that you might like. The Campbells series from the 1980’s. It takes place in the colonies, Pre-Canadian Confederation (1830’s to be specific).

Unfortunately, I’m not sure that you can find it to stream, and might have to buy the DVD set from Amazon, for around $30.

You’re welcome. I think you will like it. The girl that plays Rebecca, Capt Sims daughter, is breathtaking. Emma Campbell is pretty darn cute as well.
