20 years and the film score is still not officially released

How much money do I need to throw at say LA LA LAND RECORDS to finally release the Trevor Rabin score? I mean on the back of the original Various Artists soundtrack CD release it has 'Music by Trevor Rabin' on back so if anything that is kind of false advertising and means more reason to release it officially on CD.

Yes I still collect and prefer physical media even if score is available online.
