Is this the show with the incredible acrobatic fight scenes?

I remember in the 90s, fight scenes in TV shows were either like a WWE script with obvious and exaggerated fakery or a "slug fest" where two people just slug each other until one of them loses.

Then I ran across this (I think?) on late night cable and was amazed at the fight choreography. It was more reminiscent of the "Black Belt Theater" I watched as a kid on Saturdays.

Am I remembering this right?
