Can anyone name some movies that is based on the 60's or 70's like that movie Forest Gump.

Early 60s movies:

A good one that captures the spirit is DOWN WITH LOVE

A good one for the 70s is THE ICE STORM

DICK with Michelle Williams and Kirsten Dunst was pretty good.

A really HILARIOUS 70s movie is DETROIT ROCK CITY...albeit a KISS movie, but so funny and so great at capturing the essense...

A walk on the moon. Diane Lane, Viggo, Leiv Schriber, please excuse my spelling. Great movie about the 60's, and the way others looked at the hippies.
