Will this series ever see the light of day?

It's been 12 years since this series was cancelled and it has not been seen since (aside from a run on Syfy and Spike) One has too wonder why Paramount hasn't made it available for digital media. With new shows appearing weekly on places like Netflix and Hulu I have long thought that I'd see it on there eventually.

Sign my petition urging Paramount to release this great show on Netflix or Hulu.

I signed the petition! I'm surprised that no one else has signed, and it's been over a month. The only other signature doesn't even appear to be for Seven Days, but for something entirely different.

Signed my name for this worthy cause. =p

Its been so long, I dont recall - was there a satisfying ending or did they just drop us all off a cliff?

The final episode was intended as a season finale. It was late in the game before the producers found out the show was being canceled so there was nothing they could do.

I won't say it was a cliff hanging episode, but it didn't have a conclusive ending for the show.

I just want the bloody show on DVD.

A lot of crap is put on DVD yet they can't put this series out as a set.

reply

Agreed. Or at least on Netflix. I managed to have copies of it from TV but I feel pretty certain that SpikeTV did its own edits to each episode that were in the original airing on the UPN channel. It would be awesome to see the original versions.

Did you purchase it NJ? I've seen this complete years and years ago and enjoyed it. But I always had a problem with the 2 leads.

you can find the show on youtube if you really wanna see it :)

I signed your petition, thanks for taking the time to create it.

I do believe that sooner or later this series will come out on DVD. This was a good series and had three full seasons, I see that the Logans's Run TV series from 1977 which only had 1 season is being released in a couple weeks. So if this minor series is being released it gives me hope that Seven Days will eventually be released.

I loved this show. I loved Norman Lloyd as Dr. Auschlander on Saint Elsewhere and he directed every episode of Hitchcock Presents and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour. This was simply a great show and I miss it. I'll be checking YouTube for it. I tried going to the petition site but the page wouldn't load. Lapaglia was great. They should have made more seasons. There was another show called Relic Hunter about the same time, with Tia Carerra, that I enjoyed. I know these shows are thought of as sort of "B" series; but I wouldn't classify them that way. The whole premise of Seven Days is gold! It was a great show and I miss it.

It's now 18th on the unreleased ranking at http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/shows/Seven-Days/3755 with 2005 votes.

Fittingly, this show has seemingly slipped through the fabric of time.
