4k Coming
Coming Nov 16th. Criterion Collection 4k UHD + Blu Ray.
For those diehards like me who still insist on owning physical media.
Currently it's $49.95 but that price will presumably drop before release date with enough preorders.
I haven’t switched over to 4K and probably won’t. I’m content with blu ray. I have the Criterion blu ray of Mullholland Drive and it’s great. Do you already have some Criterion releases?
shareI do. And I already have the MD Criterion blu ray as a matter of fact.
But they release these things to financially milk people like me I suppose. Actually, I don't plan on upgrading very many of my blu rays to 4k, but I make the exception for MD since it's my favorite film.
How many Criterions do you have? And do you have a list anywhere? I have over 300. Here is my list:

Wow . . . THAT is an impressive collection! Mine pales in comparison, I mean, it's not even close. Off the top of my head I'm not certain how many Criterions I have in my collection, I'd have to check later. But compared to yours it's not even worth mentioning. Ha!
