Courtney just makes Regina George looks more human. Regina just has anger problems and insecurities--but she found a way to get over her issues and found her place. Courtney is psychotic. XD She's "Satan" in heels, lol.
shareI don't think Courtney Shane is anymore psychotic than Regina George (haven't seen all of 'Heathers' so I don't know about Heather Chandler). I think their circumstances were different, but Regina would probably do the same thing as Courtney did if they killed Gretchen, Karen or Cady in 'Mean Girls'.
I think probably the bitchiest of all would be Kathryn Merteuil in 'Cruel Intentions'; a lying, selfish, devious, manipulative sociopath.
I'm inclined to agree with Sarah Michelle Gellar as Kathryn Merteuil. I don't think Regina George would have done the same thing. Regina, while definitely not a warm, fuzzy girl, wasn't an outright villain. She had redeeming qualities. Courtney would be right under Kathryn. I think she ties with Kimberly Joyce (Evan Rachel Wood in Pretty Persuasion). Heather Chandler would be a step above Regina.
