Why can't I get more people to like this movie???

I really liked it! Maybe I'm alone in this. It just pays homage to all the classic gore horror flicks. Lucio Fulci springs to mind.
Does anyone know if there's an uncut version? Some of the death scenes seem to be lacking frames... especially the horn through head bit...
I must say that the poster for it on this site is awful... The english DVD cover is brilliantly designed. Whats with the green monster thing in the background on that poster?
I've showed this film to a lot of people but most of them didn't like it.
Mainly because they didn't understand the ending. How do other people out there interpret it?

"it's mostly just headbutting and then kicking people when they're on the ground"

My mum rented this for me ages ago when I was in Sixth Form at school in an attempt to keep me in the house and do some revision at some point during the day...it is creepy and totally made my skin crawl!
I did notice the nod to ZFE with the antlers too.
I mention this film to people and no-one seems to have seen it!

Actually correct me if I am wrong star_grrl_uk but I think the antlers was supposed to be a nod to Silent Night, deadly night? e.g. getting impaled on antlers was how Linnea Quigley died in that movie, she's also the blonde who sits on the porch with Tina near the beginning discussing her progress & artwork ( a little cameo) However, I think you're prob spot on with the ZFE ref as far as the antler going through Erica's eyes - so it's a double reference to 2 famous horror movies!

Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular.

It is a masterpiece. the thing is that people don't vote with high rate. and
we need more people to vote for this. it just has about 900 votes.

I saw this movie a few years ago, and I really enjoyed it. I wanted to watch it again, but I had forgotten the title. By luck, I stumbled across it tonight.
