For as long as I can remember, this film has always had a low low rating on IMDB..but I've always actually enjoyed it. Anyone else?

Yes, very much so. Its one of the most underrated horror sequels ever made (and leagues better than the remakes imo). Only real complaint was Sue getting killed, but other than that this film is very awesome and better than the rap it gets. Its a solid 8/10 from me.

It's a guilty pleasure, I just love how her powers manifest and Emily Bergl did a fine job in this film.
Actually always when I watch it I keep making this small changes that IMO would make this film really good. Not being a sequel, for example.
More than adequate, I give it around a 7....definitely not terrible as IMDB score suggest.
