What did you first say when you watched this?

I thought 'why in the world doesn't he get out of the sleigh instead of making the kids do all the work? And for God's sake take your hat off, at least!'

I liked the review (online somewhere) that said it was like a cross between a fever dream and if David Lynch made a kiddie film...
