'Bad guy' speed inconsistency makes no sense

The agents are SO fast, they can dodge bullets. Wow, how fast must their reactions / brains be?

The agens are SO slow, they can't dodge a gun slowly inserted to their head while some 'triumphant line' is expressed, before the trigger is pulled. What?

The agents are SO fast, no one has been able to hit them with bullets. That's fast!

The agents are SO slow, they can't get out of the way of a normal-speed train.

WHAT?

You can probably find many other similar inconsistencies - I just can't understand how the same agents that are fast enough to dodge bullets, aren't fast enough to dodge trains or a 'slowly spoken words before shooting'-type shot.

Train moves a MASSIVE amount slower than a bullet. An agent that can jump between roofs (rooves?), can shut people's mouths with their 'mind powers', can basically break concrete pillars with their punches, should ABSO-friggin-LUTELY be able to jump out of the moving train!

You can look at it like this; for the agent to be able to 'dodge a bullet' (should be unnecessary, just 'comment out' the 'bullet-does-damage' routine when it comes to agents - it's all program code, and a bullet can't do damage unless it has been programmed to do so in a game or simulation, so why would they EVER need to 'dodge' anything?), it has to be able to not only THINK really fast, but REACT really fast. Superman-level fast, in fact.

This means that everything that happens in 'human time', would be EXTREMELY SLOW-PACED for them. So anyone putting a gun to an agent's head would look like they're slowed down to about 0.07 times the 'human time' (just an estimate, someone could calculate this probably, but I am not smart enough).

Even if we say it's 0.25 times normal speed, that's still AGONIZINGLY slow. Just put this movie to play 0.25% normal speed, and watch the whole scene, where Trinity puts a gun to the agent's head AND then says 'Dodge This!', before even starting to pull the trigger.

You can move even faster than 'normal speed' at all times, while everything around you would move 0.25 speed or slower. Watch that scene with that in mind, and then count how many times YOU would've been able to dodge Trinity's bullet before she even pulls the trigger (and remember, the bullets are slow enough to still be dodged afterwards for the agents).

How about the train scene? Why would Agent Smith just freeze in place in 'reaching position' and then look to the left and do nothing else, when he has _PLENTY_ of time to jump out of the slowly-moving train, dodge it, or with his 'superpowers', even friggin' stop it. He could decide to respawn to someone that's just outside the stairs Neo runs towards afterwards, so Neo would have no way to escape. SO MANY OPTIONS!

Do the slow-speed-watching to THAT scene as well, and remember Smith could still move at our 'normal speed' and see what an absolute PLETHORA of time Smith has to move out of the train's path! And yet he does NOTHING.

So it's not that Neo is skilled, good, etc.. or that Trinity is an evil donkey, it's that the agents STOP DOING ANYTHING so the heroes can win. Same with Cypher, by the way - he doesn't even attempt at running away, taking cover, finding a weapon, or even shouting 'please don't kill me', he just FREEZES in place and listens to Tank's speech (the movie could AT LEAST explained how he survived that amount of electricity, I don't care that he's called 'tank'), then receives the electricity and flies away, damaging some vital pipes and dies.

(Why would the pipes BE there if they're not important for some functionality of the ship? It's not like they are decoration, or the decorator should've been fired)

So when you look at things from the 'bad guys' perspective, it makes no sense for them to freeze for _SUCH_AN_EXTENSIVE_AMOUNT_OF_TIME_ every time a hero 'makes a speech before killing a bad guy'.

Just watch the Cypher scene where Tank is alive, and imagine YOU being Cypher, and think how much time you would have had to do ANY of the about 80 BETTER things than say 'I don't believe it' slowly and then freezing in place. Watch that scene thinking Cypher is a TRAINED 'warrior' and could run away, jump behind cover, roll, throw something at Tank, etc. etc.. how much time does he have to do at least ONE of those things? LOOK HOW MUCH TIME HE HAS!

In any case, none of the bad guy 'let's freeze in place' moments make any sense when you look at them from their viewpoint. They ALL had plenty of time to dodge, avoid, get away, shoot, throw, roll, hide, etc.. but nope, instead, they FREEZE in place for ridiculous amount of time. Just look how much time they have!

Also, why didn't Agent Smith simply choke Neo instead of trying to kill him with the train? What if the train driver had slowed down and used the brake? Or is this YET ANOTHER MOVIE where all truck drivers and train drivers are some kind of unstoppable, unfeeling force majeur that just keeps coming without ever slowing down or trying to brake to save a human life?

BEWARE! Avortac4 is a troll trying to waste everyone's time with such idiotic comments. Look at his posts. He doesn't think anything in any film makes sense. His post may seem like it makes sense in the first sentence or two. But he always quickly wanders off into a completely idiotic idea, and then writes a wall of text that makes no sense. And his sole purpose is to waste your time, thinking he's cute for doing so. Don't feed the troll. If you write a comment, you're giving this troll EXACTLY what he wants. Don't comment after my comment.
