The garbage truck scene makes no sense

There are so many reasons why the garbage truck scene makes no sense, starting from 'why did the agent suddenly stop chasing Trinity, just to stand and stare at her' before her leap through the tiny window.

First, the agents KNOW full well that Trinity and her gang use the phone booth(s) to get in and out. They know Trinity is in the vicinity of a phone booth. They see the phone booth and have control of the truck.

Now, what would be the logical thing to do?

A) Slam the breaks and screech to a halt from a fast speed, so that now the truck must fight inertia again to gain ANY useful speed. Remember to stay put for extended period of time, 'looking menacing' for the cameras.

or

B) Simply turn the steering wheel slightly to the right, so the truck will naturally run over the phone booth without having to stop and waste ALL THAT TIME.

Hmm.. A or B.. tough choice. These super smart computer programs with true A.I. made the choice A.

BUT WAIT!!11 There's MORE!

Which is faster, an agent that can move FASTER THAN A BULLET SHOT FROM A GUN, or a garbage truck, (fully under the 'rules') that HAS TO GAIN A LOT OF MOMENTUM to defeat the inertia due to its heavy mass?

What kind of sense does it make that agents use ANY VEHICLES EVER, when they can jump higher and to a greater distance than early Superman and move, I don't know, FASTER THAN A SPEEDING BULLET? Please don't say 'to keep up appearances', because this movie is 100% proof that they don't give a DAMN about people finding out about things, they shoot guns in public INTO A CROWD, they jump super high and far in front of POLICEMEN, and so on and so forth. They don't care. So.. why?

Let's ask another multiple choice-question.. which would YOU do, if you were an agent?

A) STOP your slow, massive, heavy garbage truck, so you have to spend precious time getting it to move fast enough to ram not only the telephone booth, but the building wall as well (effectively destroying the usability of that building, so someone's life might be ruined)

B) Get out of that stupid truck (or not even be in it in the first place), SUPERJUMP or SUPER-RUN into the phone booth and catch Trinity before she can even gasp, let alone reach for the phone

HMM! SUCH TOUGH questions for a smart A.I... I guess option A, because A.I. must always accept the answer A. I mean, what the heck kind of sense does ANY.. I mean, _ANY_ of this make?!

Bro, it hurt me to say this but out of curiosity I checked your profile and your activity and it is the saddest shit I have ever seen... are you ok? do you need a hug or something?

I just hope you find a more productive hobby other than say nothing make sense something like I dont know count how many cooties are trap on your underwear or how many hair your hamster have in his asshole

You seem to be nitpicking a bit.

But it is explained in the movie that the agents can bend the rules of the matrix but not completely break it.

So they can move their body to dodge bullets e.g. but can they use the same trick to run towards a person, (so really fast movement speed), perhaps not.
