good film

I still dunno what gave Hopkins character such strength - 2 years with apes at the of 50 doesn't turn you into an ape, I reckon.
Cuba did an OK job, but perhaps he overplayed his part - not his fault, director should have directed better.

All in all - much to think about in this film - about free will, predeterminism - nature vs 'civilization', etc. Questions which I ponder a lot about these days - in the age of AI and the world which is seemingly on the path towards human extinction.

I'd give it 7.5 out of 10
