there is not one redeeming quality in this movie. the child actors do an awful job of acting, the adults overact, the plot sucks, and you can find mroe cliches in this movie than you can in any other movie.

I must confess that I enjoyed this film - the incidental music is very good and the acting of young Josep;h Mazzello is impressive. Seven marks out of ten.

Wake up.. and shut up, because this movie desevered more award recognition.
