Question about the doctor (mild spoiler)

In most of the murders committed in this film , the victim was someone close to the perpetrator. It's very possible I missed something but can anyone tell me who the victim of the female doctor was? It's very possible that it was just an unlucky random passer-by. All I recall is a brief scene of her crouched over a male body in what appeared to be a public bathroom or something similar.
