Judge was soooo wrong

I like Judge Milian , but she was so wrong in her ruling on the tree house case. People paid $7500.00 and the contractor had excuse after excuse for not doing the job, even took a week's vacation that he said he felt entitled to, after weeks of doing nothing. . The summer was almost over and nothing done. The judge ruled that they breached the contract by wanting their money back, and let the guy who did nothing for them keep $6000.00. He made up a ridiculous story about being threatened with Vinnie and Rocco. She was wrong.
