Error with Scott Tennorman the head ginger

Feels like a mistake by the writers. Cartman had wronged him in Season 5. In season 9 however Cartman did a montage where he made everything right. Scott was included in this montage. And he hadn't wronged him since making it right.

I don't think South Park is a show that relies too heavily on continuity.
