Scott Tenorman Must Die = The Greatest Episode

Definitely a perfect episode, followed closely by:

Woodland Critter Christmas
Fun with Weapons
Make Love not Warcraft
Ike and the school teacher (Niceee) Whatever that episode is called

My top 5

I enjoy Save Willzyax (however you spell it), the gay fish and the taco *beep* ice cream episode, Cartman being a somali pirate captain and the one where Butters becomes a pimp.

Least those 5 come to mind right now. Casual viewer however.

'Free Willzyx', 'Fishsticks' & 'CANCELLED', 'FATBEARD' & 'BUTTERS BOTTOM B!+C#' are what you've named (I knew most off-hand, checked Willzyx's spelling, otherwise... ) My buddies & I have said that 'Broadway Bro Down' is the *PERFECT* episode:

1)relatively self-contained
2) pokes fun @ things that will be relevant &/or memorably BAD long enough to give the episode 'legs'
3)the 'twist' makes sense within the story
4) The final joke/self-promotion is 'in your face' & 'tongue-in-cheek' @ the same time instead of beating over the head w/ it (only COULD have been funnier if they had said "Book of Mormon? Those losers can't write for $#!+")

I fell asleep during INCEPTION BUT I FEEL like I still saw it!

It was the awakening of Cartman's true dark side. Great episode, I love how Cartman brings it up when he is sitting with Bart Simpson in Cartoon Wars.

Scott Tenorman Must Die is undoubtedly a great and iconic episode, but IMO is a bit overrated.

reply

Its 'over rated' in that its probably played too much even for its own perfection, yes?
I'd like to see 'Night of the Living Homeless', 'Fantastic Easter Special' & 'Bloody Mary' make the rounds more often, though honestly I'd also like the Super Best Friends episode to air again & have 201 uncensored so...

You're right, that is a great episode. Probably my favourite.

Scott Tenorman Must Die is the greatest for me but sometimes I feel these epsiodes are funnier
'Butters Bottom B'
'The Succubus'
'Cartman's Mom Is Still A Dirty Slut'
'Make Love Not Warcraft'
'Dances With Smurfs'
'Go God Go I and II'
'Krazy Kripples'

I nominate 'Creme Fraiche' and 'Grounded Vindaloop'

I saw creme fraiche on a menu @ a restaurant & had to order it (I thin it was on french fries or potato skins!)

I'm pretty sure I'm alone in this, but one of my favorite episodes is Jewbilee. Seeing holographic Moses demand macaroni necklaces for appeasement gets me everytime lol

My top 5 in no particular order -

Raisins
The 1%
City Sushi
Canada on Strike
Good Times with Weapons

(Scott Tenorman Must Die didn't make the cut but it was a hard choice, definitely next on my list)
Oh and somebody said that they don't think Butters getting hit in the eye with a ninja star is funny, I definitely respect that opinion. It probably shouldn't be funny, but my gosh I laugh so hard every time I watch it.

reply

Whenever I show South Park to someone for the first time, I show them Butters Very Own Episode. That usually hooks them.

The most I ever laughed was Good Times with Weapons when Butters got hit in the eye and the craziness that ensues.
