When the convicts are all traipsing onto the bus, the driver changes the destination signboard-thingy on the front from "Miami Beach" to "A Hellish Prison"

Yes, that's a good one.
However, to me, that's just one part of a bigger funny chain that escalates until you're bursting with laughter.
The 'exact fare' thing is funny enough, but the announcer's "Thank you for being arrested and convicted" got me. The airplane-like 'the exits are located... but you won't be using them or you will be shot' demonstration is also extremely wonderful.
I think the whole scene just from before that sign-changing happens, until the argument starts, is really funny.
