Excellent film!

I saw it last year and let me tell you that this film is definitely Van Damme's jewel that he should be very proud of. He made the film that was more audacious, inventive and original than anything he's made to date. Yes, it's stupid fun but this time you can sense it wanted to be stupid from the start and not just accidently turned out to be silly by the lack of talent or anything else. Truly great film for what it is. BRAVO to all involved for creating such a memorable classic!

I agree. What the first poster written there is quite evident on the first viewing. As for Van Damme's usual poor standard found in many of his other films... fortunately that's not the case here.. well let me say that he truly outdid himself here. This is easily his best film in terms of the artistic and aesthetic filmmaking quality. This is that type of film you wouldn't think you will find Jean-Claude Van Damme starring in. This is a very high standard we're talking about here, ladies and gentleman. Wow, hats to you Mr.Van Damme because you did at least one extraordinary film... which can not be said about something what even tries to look like a film: Replicant, In Hell or Hard Target - that's the perfect demonstration of the crappy filmmaking of which should be avoided like a plague.

I'm getting it on Netflix sometime next week and I'm gonna copy it.

This film is better than most action comedies.
