I'm pretty sure the Phantom Ranger is the only Ranger whose identity was never revealed.

It's been sixteen years (I'am a man now). But I still wonder about his identity ? I like a theory that once I read. He could be Zordon's son or a traveller from his home planet.

shareThe original storyline was going to have him be either Zordon's son or Justin's father, but in the end, both ideas were dropped and his identity was chosen to remain a mystery. Most fans still theorize that he's Zordon's son.
shareSupposedly, Judd Lynn (a producer and writer for Power Rangers) recently talked about this. He said, if he were to do an origin story now (and he reiterated this is only a brainstorming idea after the fact), the Phantom Ranger would be a past ranger and likely Billy.
