Literally every movie he makes feels and looks exactly the same as every other movie he makes.
If you want Rob Zombie to do it, then you must want the movie to fail. Come on, Rob Zombie is a poor filmmaker. I love the guy's music and respect him as a musician, but his movies are just terrible. The Devil's Rejects and the first Halloween are tolerable, but the guy just isn't cut out to make movies. While Spawn seems like something up his alley, he would make majority of the characters unlikeable white trash (the ones that are white, anyway) who are constantly swearing, and go overboard on the violence even though Spawn is already pretty brutal as is. Not to mention, he would just cast his wife and other mediocre actors that he always uses.

shareSam and Twitch would make a fantastic Dark Sitcom.
Joss Whedon or Guillermo Del Toro would be the only two living directors capable of doing justice to Spawn... The whole joke on Al Simmons that when he puts on his "human" guise, he's white... Whedon would be the only guy able to pull that one off well...
