Ex Girlfriend??

I was wondering about a line from the film. It's the scene where Anabel is trying to convince Murray to go to Claudia's. Murray says "Absolutely not, for one I don't know where she lives and second of all she hates my guts." Charlie responds with "Is this another one of your ex girlfriends?" Could Charlie be onto something there? Any opinions? Answers on a postcard please lol XD
