Some people hated this movie due to slow pacing and out there storyline. I really like both movies. They are very similar, yet very different.
Do you love both movies, hate one and love the other, or hate both?
While this has less action I found Blade Runner to be in the same box as the first Matrix: dull as shít. I have no idea why the idiot public adores those films so much.
The sequel to The Matrix was alright though, Blade Runner is fücking boring.

I enjoy Blade Runner, but not as much as this. It was very different and is one of my favorite films, let alone one of the best Cyberpunk films evarrrrrr.

I enjoyed both films, even though they are both at times slow paced and have a bit of a murky plot.
What I did like less in Nirvana, some of the characters were too pathetic and cartoonish, I think the pathetic and comedy character should have been only the videogame character, not more. Second, too much far fetched scifi talk, not helped also by a terrible English translation that made for me the dialogues very wooden and uninspired.
Said that I still consider Nirvana an interesting film and a very good effort, especially the last 30 minutes or so are really engrossing and creative. Stefania Rocca' s character, Naima, is really striking and unforgettable.
I like both blade runners so I’ll have to watch this sometime.
