I Like This Movie

I always like watching this movie ever since I think I saw it on Disney or Encore Family or something, problem is I could never remember the name of it or who was in it to be able to find the title again, I caught it on tv again a few months but still forgot about it 

I always remember I think it has the scene where the kid has his PC setup that it shuts off it someone trips a laser by his door
