All of Michael Palin's lines were great, especially in the conversations with John Cleese. Although there is one that I can't remember where Michael Palin is walking along saying something along the lines of "monkey's in the middle, lions on the left..."

That whole scene was just flawless.
The scene where Bugsy tried to convince the other zookeepers that Rollo would follow through on his threat to kill their animals was pretty good.

nothing beats the ending when cleese says wanda instead of willa
