Ivy’s charms on Batman

Why does Ivy’s pheromone dust not work as strongly on Batman as it does on Robin? Ivy uses her dust on Batman and is about to make out with him in the scene at Freeze’s hideout but he refuses her advances while Robin gives in almost every time. Is it because Bruce/Batman already has a hot girlfriend so his sex drive would be lower than Dick/Robin’s.
