Vilians we would likley see in future movies ?.

Just say had they made 2 or 3 more movies in this franchises.

We all know fifth movie was going be Scarecrow and Harley Quinn

I think WB was going thought Villains in Batman the animated series and ones left were Ra's al Ghul's and Talia and Madhatter and Manbat and The Ventriloquist & Scarface and Killer Croc and Clayface.

So here's how I think reaming movies would had went

Movie 5 Harley Quinn and Scarecrow

Movie 6 Madhatter and The Ventriloquist & Scarface

Movie 7 Talia and Ra's al Ghul's

Movie 8 killer Croc and Clayface

Neither Hugo and Black Mask were super villain's in cartoon series in 90s.

There were rumors Harley Quinn was going to be an enemy in the fifth film, Batman Triumphant, and would played by Jenny McCarthy.

I hadn't heard, but if going by animated series, that would take us into Arkkam since Quinn was a doctor there! 

A Riddler from the animated series version would be nice to see imo. (Very methodical)
