Stevie Littleton.....

The guy is rich with so much potential....why on earth did he become such a "gang-banger"?

Man i see so many kids that have money and potential that just throw their lives away.

reply

It's just a movie man, he's not really a gang banger, and even in the movie he wasn't much of a gang banger, just some stupid white kid who hung out with a couple of hispanics.

reply

Dan im not stupid, i know its a movie but i was just saying.

It's really like that in our society. I have seen so many kids that look like they will have a bright future and then they just throw it all way. It's just sad. .

reply

Stevie was just caught up in the wrong crowd. Oh he couldn't have been too rich, because his parents would've sent him to a private school where there are no gangbangers.

You should be banned from IMDb from using racist comments but political correctness, the liberal media, and social engineering allows you to not be accountable. smh

Also, Stevie could have had a very empty relationship with his rich parents. Many (not all) rich people don't connect with their kids because ironically enough, they are out there trying to make money to provide for the family and neglect connecting with their kid(s). Same can be said of those who come from some low income families...the same thing...people trying to work and live pay check to pay check that their relationship with their kid(s) is neglected. Stevie may have had a lot in common with the gangstas, but just on opposite sides of the economic line. This is just one way, of many to interpret it.

Stevie was Whitey (Courtney Gaines, Colors) for the 90's.

Yes there is always a 'the white guy' in a hispanic gang or a light skinned hispanic. Just like many hispanic gangs always have 'the asian looking' hispanic like the one in American Me (I forgot that characters name). I went to high school with a big gang problem and there were always at least one white or asian kid in a predominantly hispanic gang. Who knows why but it's just the way it is.

I think it's funny that it's alright for White kids that either hang out with Blacks or Hispanics and pretty much assimilate and try to be like the minorities that they hang out with. And that ranges from listening to Hip-Hop music and maybe acting like a gangbanger. But if a Black or Hispanic kid does the same thing but the other way around(assimilate with Whites), then there are always problems. Minorities are considered trying to be White because of listening to Rock music or being in a relationship with a White male or female makes the non-white person out to be a "sell-out." Has anybody noticed that at all?

reply

No. Quit whining.
