Finally getting around to watching this.

I'm only on series two, but I do enjoy the weird murders and all the twists that the cases take. I don't know quite how to take Sgt. Troy. Sometimes he's a bit of a fool, and other times he's condescending. And how the heck does such a terrible driver get on the police force??

Seems silly to respond to my own post, but I'm now on series 8, with just a couple of episodes left to see. Three things I like: it's low-key, it's never just one murder victim, and figuring out where I've seen some of the guest stars before - was it Foyle's War? Inspector Morse? Doc Martin? Lewis? A Touch of Frost? George Gently? Good times.
