In Defense of Carla Borrego

As a huge fan of locked room mysteries I’ve watched and rewatched this show many times. For some reason this is the first time I genuinely enjoyed the character of Carla in the fourth series. Yes, she’s still not Maddie, yes, she’s still a little shrill, but she also sets up a lot of funny moments. And sometimes Jonathan gets a little much, and she’s… there. Any port in a storm.

Cf. Doctor Pulaski from Star Trek TNG Season 2. Another “unlikable” character that has grown on people over the years only due to multiple rewatches.
